Who provides the consulting services?
The consultancies are given by our different specialized Consultants according to the client's area of interest. All our Consultants have practical experience in the areas they teach and work or have worked for a company in the technology sector in recent years.
How long does each session last?
The timing of our consultancies varies according to the type of project we are going to develop with our clients. Currently there are 2 types of consultancies:
- Specific Consultancies: 8-12 hours of practical sessions focused on a specific area. Usually 1 or 2 sessions per week of 1 or 2 hours.
- Integral Consultancies: The number of hours is defined according to the project and the client's needs.

Where do consultants come from?
Our consultants are in charge of customizing the content of each consultancy depending on the area the client wants to improve and the client's characteristics (product, market, team components, available tools...).
What is the content of the Templates?
Templates are interactive sales manuals through which you can build your sales Business Plan around. We normally use the "Notion" platform to share them and these manuals contain all the essential information on how to structure your sales team, processes, training, metrics, strategy and specific steps to follow in the day to day of each business function.
Do I have access to the recordings of the sessions?
Yes, the recordings of all sessions worked with our clients are shared with the client so that they can review them again and share them with other members of their team at a later date.
Are the consultancies face-to-face?
Most of the consultancies that our consultants provide are via videoconference.
It is possible to organize face-to-face consultancies but this has to be through a previous agreement between the three parties: Salescaling, Consultant and Client.

Can I choose when to use each consulting hour?
Of course. Our clients agree with the consultant the schedule that suits both parties.
What is ad hoc consulting?
In our free consultancy we close a first call without any kind of commitment in which we try to understand the client's situation, and we prescribe some concrete actions and tools (for free) so that he can improve as soon as the day after the consultancy.
